One of the Autodelta works cars, this 33/TT/3 was assigned to Andrea de Adamich for the 1972 season. One of the highlights of its career was the fourth place finish at Le Mans in the hands of de Adamich and Nino Vaccarella. Halfway through 1973, the well raced machine was sold to the United Kingdom where it passed through various hands before ending up in Japan. After a brief spell in France it was offered at the 2011 RM Auctions London Sale in remarkably original condition. The current owner acquired the car for just under GBP 600,000 and has since successfully campaigned the car at the Le Mans Classic, exactly forty years after its last appearance.
