One of eight Voisin C25 Aérodynes built, this example was added to the rapidly expanding Henry Browne de Kilmaine collection, which focused on innovative French cars. He regularly showed, campaigned and also lent the rare car to museums until his death in 2008. The collection was dispersed and the Aérodyne passed into the hands of a Biritish enthusiast. He had the car meticulously restored by Blakeney Motorsports ltd. and had it painted in a stylish two-tone finish. Since its restoration, it was only shown at the Windsor Castle Concours d'Elegance, which probably was one of its first ever appearance outside of France. The current owner has decided to part with the car after five years and has consigned it to Gooding & Co. for their 2013 Pebble Beach auction. It has a pre-sale estimate of $2 - $3 million.
