Chassis:
Chassis 0911GT was sold new to Luigi Taramazzo and fielded for him by Scuderia Sant Ambroeus, which was owned and run Eugenio Dragoni; a lifelong friend of Enzo Ferrari. Taramazzo raced the car with considerable success, winning the Mille Miglia Rally and the Coppa InterEuropa in 1958. Following its contemporary racing career, the single louvre Tour de France was sold to the United Kingdom where it has remained for most of its life. The car's most recent custodian also hails from the UK.
