Chassis:
Finished in white, this is the very last of the pontoon-fender Ferrari 250 TRs produced. It was sold to Venezuela, where it arrived late in 1958. In the hands of Jose Miguel Gallia and Mauricio Marcotulli, it was a race winner straight out of the box. The car remained in the South American country after its contemporary racing career and eventually had its V12 engine replaced by a much easier to service American V8. During the early 1980s, it resurfaced and was completely restored for its Italian owner. He would go on to race the car in historic events until the early 2000s. It has since joined the stable of a Swiss broker and collector, who had 0758TR restored once more and finished in its original colourscheme.
