Chassis:
First raced at the 1984 Daytona 24 Hours, this was the second of three T616s built for BF Goodrich by Lola. It finished 17th at its debut and before being shipped to Europe, it placed fifth overall at Miami. After it failed to finish at Monza, it was the car driven to the Group C2 class win at Le Mans. At the subsequent World Championship outings, it scored another podium by finishing third at Fuji. Later in the decade, it was one of the cars campaigned by Gary Wonzer, who last fielded this T616 in the 1990 Sebring 12 Hours. In subsequent ownership, chassis HU02 was restored to its original configuration by Jim Busby Racing.
