Chassis:
Of the ten 934½s constructed, this is the only one not sold to North America. Instead it was acquired by Italian gentleman racer Ciro Nappi. He entered the car in the 1977 Giro d'Italia but did not complete the event due to tragic family circumstances. Later in the season, the car was raced with considerable success by "Dino", who won the Coppa Citta di Enna outright. After an outing in the 1978 Mugello 6 Hours, the car was sold on to German racer Jürgen Lässig for the 1979 DRM Championship. The biggest success was a GT class victory in that year's Nürburgring 6 Hours. At the end of the year it was sold to Australia. Here it remained for many years until it was bought by the current, Belgian owners in the first half of the 2010s. He had the car restored to full running order and finished in the configuration used by Läassig in 1979, which did not include the large wing typical of 934½s.
