Among the most successful of the FW13Bs chassis used during the 1990 season, this car was used by Thierry Boutsen at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Belgian grabbed the pole position and would go on to win the race. At the end of the 1990 season, the car was retired from active duty. In 2015, it was restored to full running order by the newly established Williams Heritage department. Run for the first time in 25 years, it was subsequently demonstrated at the Goodwood Festival of Speed by Felipe Massa and test driver Alex Lynn.
