Chassis:
Although this was the third of five Trans-Am Audi 200s produced, this car was not seen in action until the very last round of the 1988 season when Audi of America fielded three cars. Entered for Walter Röhrl, the #4 Audi started the race second and clinched a dominant victory with the German driver also setting the fastest lap of the race. Retained by Audi, it is today part of the Audi Tradition collection and liveried in the colours of the 1988 Trans-Am champion Hurley Haywood.
