One of the very last 2.8-litre Carrera RSRs built in 1973, chassis '1329' was sold new to Reinhardt Stenzel. The German gentleman racer campaigned the car in select rounds of that year's Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft or DRM and also in various other national events. He finished second in local events at the Norisring and Hockenheimring and then won the Division I race of the Sauerland DRM race late in the year. At the end of the season, this RSR was retired from contemporary events. Many years later, the Porsche was acquired by Micheal Roock and restored by his Roock Motorsport company. In 2015, it was shared at the Spa Classic by Roock and German ace Clemens Schickentanz, who raced RSRs in period.
