Chassis:
Delivered new to Kremer Racing, this is the fourth customer 911 GT1 built. It debuted at the 1997 FIA GT Hockenheimring round where it placed eighth. It was then raced at Le Mans where overheating issues ended the charge early. The car completed that year's FIA GT Championship with limited success. Now run by Larbre Competition, it fared better at the start of 1998 when it finished an impressive third overall in the Daytona 24 Hours. In the hands of successive owners and teams, it was then raced in the British GT Championship through to the end of 1999 when it was retired from contemporary racing. During the 2009-2010 winter, it was restored to its 1998 Daytona 24 Hours colours by Luxembourg based dealer Florent Moulin. By the mid 2010s, it was sold to a British enthusiast. He had the car modified and registered from road use. The 'BIG 104' license plate is a nod to the 'FAT' livery and the car's chassis number.
