Chassis:
One of two GC288s built ahead of the 1988 season, it was delivered new to Kelmar Racing. It was first raced during the 1989 season under the Porto Kaleo Team banner, predominantly by Barbeiro and Randaccio, who managed another third in class at the end of the year. Pasquale Barberio continued to race the car in minor events through to the mid-1990s. Restored to Porto Kaleo Team's 1989 24 Hours of Le Mans configuration and colours, it is today owned by a French historic racer, who campaigns the car with great verve.
