Featured is a somewhat unusual coupe bodied Delahaye 135 MS that debuted at the 1938 Paris Auto Salon. Although a very beautiful and typical Joseph Figoni design, the roof looks like a bit of an after-thought. This impression is further strengthened by the fact that it sports a rumble seat. Another interesting feature is the rack-and-pinion system to open the windows. There is a little known about the car's very early history, but at one point the nose was slightly altered with a narrower radiator grille and the addition of driving lights in the fenders.

Even though the Figoni & Falaschi coupe was discovered in 1964, it took the next owner 21 years to arrange the sale. It was subsequently completely restored and sold to the United States. In 1998 it became part of the vast Rosso Bianco collection. After the complete buy-out, the car was offered at Bonham's Pebble Beach auction where it is pictured in 2006.
