You think 900bhp is a lot? Just think that in qualifying trim, this could put out well over 1000bhp (probably about 1200bhp or so) - apparently when renault were dyno testing it, it peaked off the scale that 'only' read up to 1400bhp!!! It would only do make that power for about 12 laps during qualifying before the engine needed rebuilding and they threw away the gearbox coz the internals would be completly shagged, but pretty impressive i reckon...imagine the kick in back you'd get when the turbos kicked in...hehehe |

It may have a lot of horsepower for such a small engine, but you see how far it gets on a gallon of gas! Not far. The boost pressure is INCREDIBLE, and so the turbo lag is quite shocking. Once it's on the move though, sorted motor. Just don't drive more than about 400 miles or it'll blow up though. |
