I allways thought Mercedes SL 55 AMG was my favorite car. But that was before I disvered this One. This is, if you ask me, the absolute perfect car. I love AMG, don't get me wrong. But Kleeman, is a Danish styling and Tuning campany which makes it more independent than AMG and Brabus who are owned by Mercedes. The SL 55 is limited to 250 Km/h, and I hate the limit on all the AMG cars. But this one is not limited and makes 330 km/h, FANTASTIC!! |

so what the enzo has more horsepower and it's lighter it's really hard to make a car go over 200 mph plus this car wasn't bulit by mercedes to go over 200 mph so making it is a big acommplishment |

"first off to all of you out there....any car over 100,000$ should be respected. For one it puts you in an elite band of individuals that the rest of the world aspires to become. Coming down to the poresent, Autocar qoutes "" The race of the german manufacturers to have the most powerful cars on the planet and to outdo one another has resulted in a line up of ridiculously fast and ridiculously expensive supercars."" For the recently introduced CL65 bi-turbo it quotes ""We are being spoilt. A 500hp supercar seems commonplace now."" It is evident what germany is aiming for. When the 6.0l bi-turbo debuts in the SL and the S the world will see a four door supercar for the first time. A staggering 612hp and 1000nm of torque. This car would be about half the price of the murceilago, and maybe 5/10s of a second slower. Also a flat torque curve would mean promised power at all speeds. It would be interesting to see what the tuners do to this beast. Coming back to this car, I am particularly fascinated by its torque curve and that just a slight modification to the engine yields such phenominal results. Maybe AMG should consider this technique in its superchargers. Anyway, Italy had better come up with an answer soon or they might find themselves in a spot of trouble." |

This can't beat an Enzo,The Enzo is 650hp and much lighter,the sl is about 2 tonnes.Buti still think this an excellent car. |

im assuming youre bashing the kleemann on its looks. fine. even i agree that stingrays and some mustangs are better tlooking than a lot of the newer cars out, but to each his own. and while enzo owners need not worry about having the sexiest car on the road at any given time, if a kleemann rolled up next to an enzo at a red, even they would get nervous. this car has ridiculous amounts of torque and pumps 118bhp/liter...you could start this b!tch in high gear and still zap past anyone a bit too cocky for your liking....ahhh... to some people, beauty lies within. and supercharging is GOOD. better than outdated turbos if you want a car thatll last. btw, i think the smoke the other guy was talking to was from tires, not exhaust. if you want to bash the car, go ahead, no ones stopping you. dont go bashing on people with different opinions or i bash you face in. |

first: Whay would yu need this to cruise on the beach. when you press the pedalyou get black smoke. What do you think this is, a 1980's mercedes diesel. There is no more black smokes with any cars unless there is something wrong with their engines. I would feel much cooler driving a stingray, or a 67 mustang, or BMW M1. And you can have all those cars for a lot, a lot less money. we're not talking about speed and acceleration. We're talking how cool you would look like. What do you meen by wahtch out enzo owners. you can't compare this with Enzo. Are you crazy? You're coments are like that 14 year old motorhead. Gtow up. I suppose you're older than 14. The car isn't very bad. i don't like that it is supercharged, and it is a mercedes. but you have no idea. |

Wow, this is just one example of the extensiveness of the entire Mercedes line. One can easily see that Benzes are no longer the boring, stodgy cars of the 80s, and these tuner cars prove they have held up their reputation as solid cars. Man, if the twin-turbo 600 wasn't enough, this beast proves that class, great looks, and raw power can combine in one car. I can't even imagine a Benz like this several years ago. I love this new Kompressor one-off! |

This would have to be the ultimate hotrod.How awesome would it be to cruise in this beast on a sunny day, by the beach and you stab the loud peddle and disappear in a cloud of smoke enough to block out the sun.This animal could stop your heart off the mark ,OH YEAH ,give it to me.Watch enzo owners ,you have no chance........ |
