| AWESOME sounding engine |

If the success of an F1 car was judged on the sound of its engine, then the 412 T2 would have a 100% success rate. Though it wasn't in the same league as the Williams and Benetton back in '95, the 412 T2 did manage to howl its way to victory in Jean Alesi's hands. The shrill, ear-piercing scream of the 412 T2's V12 engine makes my spine tingle even today and goes down in my book as THE best sounding engine of all time. Even Michael Schumacher admired its sound and its character. The 412 T2 is a truly worthy member of Ferrari's V12 engine family and a fitting end to Ferrari's V12 F1 engine era. |
