This is one AMAZING car...on the outside. I had the great fortune of visiting Aston Martin at their main location in England. The saleswoman at the showroom there was surprisingly friendly, and she let my friend and I have a seat in a previously owned Vanquish. Now this is one over the top beautifully designed car. In my opinion it is actually the most appealing of grand touring machines. My only complaint is some of the cheap materials used on the interior. I knocked on the center console and was surprised to hear a *tack* noise, very hollow indeed. Of course I'm in no position to complain about such a car, I haven't even graduated from highschool. But I would have thought that for a price of around $300,000 CAD, this car would feel more solid. However, I don't care, I'm in love. Someday I will make it mine, regardless of how crummy the interior feels, this car is simply timeless.

At last GB has a car with the panache, style, and performance worthy of 007. I hope it's in silver. Good riddance to the BMW's that have been featured almostly purely as advertisements. If I am lucky, 007 will go head to head against a baddie in a red or blue 575M. The worst thing the filmakers can do is feature it as they did in the Tombraider. What a waste of a beauty. Bond's car should reflect adult fantasy, much as the rest of his persona. This one definitely fits the bill. I don't know how much Ford's hand was in it, but they did good. Comparing a car this heavy, stable, and luxurious against a kit car like a TVR misses the point, I think. This car combines the best facets of my E55 and 355 F1 spider. I think that is quite an achievement.
