They didn't even change the rims, or paint them, or... anything really. Ford just painted two stripes over the car, and gave it red leather seats. Couldn't they have bumped up the power a little, or fitted... I dunno, better brakes, or a limited slip diff??? Honestly, I'd just like to see something that tells me the people who developed this car have any concept of what they were commemorating... And why are they commemorating the 1966 win when it's the fourtieth aniversary of the 1967 win by the MKIV? Ok, I just don't get it. |
