thats complete bullshit what theyre doing with driver training. i heard that they extended the green p's to 3 years again, but i havent checked up on it lately. i guess at this reate, we're never gunna get rid of the dickhead drivers on the roads if this is the governments way of training drivers. they should bring in a law that if u can pass a high performance driving test from something like one of the schools john bowe runs, u can just do ur one year on each set of plates. something like that would encourage people to go out and get higher road education which is what is needed, otherwise theyre stuck for 4-6 years under heavy restrictions, if they're lucky
