The site is run by Dutch people, from a server in the US(?) with someone claiming to be from Jamaica, and the "guilty party" would be a British citizen.

i dont know who the authorities would be but it still doesnt mean that big brother isnt watching.

and i didnt state that there would be a guilty party i was just giving a warning that theres more than just perverts on the internet, so dont make accusations if things arent necessarily black and white...
