Just that i heard that it was quite prone to oversteer/spinning and once you get it past a certain angle it's hard to bring it back around. Isnt rally about controlling your slide to keep speed.

You seam to help my point there somewhat too, how the car has "less sophisticated suspension than the works RS1800 Mk2 Escorts " that would make my point even more true because you are basically saying the suspension setup is not as good as in a purpous built car.

This car IMO wouldnt be able to control itself as well as the purpose built car.

And the reason why i said, "If anyone would ever race that car in a rally they ar a total idiot!", i because it would cost too much to repair component and body damage, unless you were sponsored.
