you press the clutch pedal, put it in first, slowly depress the clutch untill you see its engaging(don't let it stall) and start adding gas slowly, it'll take a couple of tries but its easy after that.(slowly release the clutch after first gear until you get the hang of it), first to 2nd should be easy, pres the clutch, shift to 2nd, release clutch slowly(but faster than first), for reverse its the same as first gear.

err whatever, rockefella beat me to it.

by the way its so much better than auto.....thats why i bought my 240sx, because the eclipse i had was automatic....
