Did you people even read the press release?

It was built from scratch by a private person (in his own garage), half a decade ago. I saw this car at a show some years ago, and I have to admit it is VERY impressive. If I recall correctly it also won the "Hotrod of the year" award (arranged by some well-known magazine in the U.S).
