I Think Toyota, being the shrewd business people they are, are attempting to understand the Australian market, and won't be entering V8SC until such time as they think they've got that downpat.
So in other words when the Aurion is on public sale 
One could Say Honda had no soul to begin with, the main difference between the companies is that one is run be bean counters, the other by Engineers. F1 isn't always about passion (although it does help). It's become a serious business and I'd put money on Toyota at least getting a deserved (Rather than inheirated) podium this year.
