Are there any player or converter that i could use to use them on PC ?

Many programmes can burn them. I personally use Alcohol 120% to burn and mount them.
The files are basically similar to what Winzip does. It is a wrapped combination of files and folders, just like on a CD/DVD.
If you burn the files, the folders and everything gets extracted/burned in a certain way, as they were when the files was created.
The main advantage IMO is that you can mount them in an application like Alcohol 120%. This means you create a "virtual" CD/DVD drive and you insert the files into them. This way you can easily test the integrity of the files before you burn them.
I hope this was clear enough for you. If not, i'll see the questions and/or problems here I guess....
