1st: The WRC was not on tarmac spec suspension.
2nd: The guy with the WRC was trying to be fast but trying to be spectacular.
3rd: On the wet surface it would be impossible for any road car to keep up with a tarmac spec WRC with the electronic differentials and all that other stuff.
This is tipicaly a show where they want to highlight the tuning industry achievements. I agree some great things can be done but let's be reasonable please... The other day I saw a video with an AE86 Toyota on that same road beating a Suzuki Swift S1600 rally car, and I didn't believe it a bit.
