besides it's not exactly difficult to maintain a rotary it just requires more attention, and if you can't pay attention to a sportscar, buy a corolla.
iirc it doesn't make it lighter either, but adds a minor amount of wieght?

It probably offsets it with the extra power it puts out, but yeah, it defeats the purpose of getting a rotary powered car. |
