It seems the name Panamera was used, but this was a looong time back. I liked the car, they cut the tires(tyres for you EU guys) in Porsche shields. Oh! I think it was a tribute car `cause some Porsche had just died.

It was called Porsche Panamericana. Built as a concept in 1989 to celebrate Ferry Porsche's 80th birthday. There were rumours about a small production run in 1992, but finally the idea was scrapped because of financial difficulties Porsche had at that time. It was built on the basis of the 911 Carrera 4, its bodywork was built with fibreglass and carbon fibre. I have no idea where the car is right now.
The wheel arches were so wide, because the designer wanted the car to be able to be fitted with all-terrain wheels, replacing 959 as an off-road rallye car for Porsche. There wasn't any roof, only a canvas top (with pink zipper ).
