Is it just me or does it seem like the American car industry is trying to relive the glory days of the muscle car just a little too much? Chrysler brings back the Charger/Challenger, Ford retrostyles the Mustang, GM brings back the Camaro and now all of this. While I don't disagree that the Camaro and Charger where great additions to the industy, I just don't know that there is enough of a market out there for more muscle revival.

Thing is, they have nothing to work on. They don't have a new styling concept, so they're just milking the muscle car days to survive their slump.

Not exactly a bad thing, it just gets boring after a while. At least GM is now improving Pontiac, with the G8. That's about the most interesting thing GM is making, other than the Corvette.
