Prices of diesel fuel tend to be higher in countries where refinery configuration is clearly aiming at producing for petrol from the barrel. (depends on the secondary refinery process applied). Our advantageous diesel price is partly resulting from our great national interest in the European trucking business and we want to keep our competitive position.

i hope the bioethanol plant starts production soon as there is a massive waste of current sugar cane crops in this state
