By the way, the only road-test I've seen for the TESLA are from pre-production mules given to some magazines. And even in those magazine test they acknowledged that the car couldn't be "tracked" or driven hard for extended periods, had smaller than advertised range, and didn't corner as well as they expected. And as already mentioned, just because the pollution created by the Tesla isn't seen doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Energy isn't free and most "socket power" comes from fossil-fuel burning PLANTS.

MOTOR TREND doesnt think so. or
Auto Blog
And allthough no one has actually made a standard mesasured road test, .impressions are that it is a nice little sports car.
Besides, i was only using the tesla as an exampole of a step in the right direction.

You really are thick as a wall arent you?
Global warming refers to the fact that certain regions are actually getting warmer and the ice is melting faster than before.
Glaciers take Thousands of years to form. So these MUST be photoshoped right?

And yes glaciers melt in between ice ages but its is the rate at which it is happening that is alarming. I ll repeat for you. It is the rate which it is happening that is alarming, and that indicates that what we are seeing is not cyclic behaviour.
Also Since it is happening faster than usual species do not have the time to adapt as they previously did. Causing many of them to be threatened of extinction. The polar bear is a perfect example here.
Speaking of the poles, Since the ice caps are melting, the sea level is rising, areas like the nederlands , san francisco, new york., shangai and many others risk massive flooding displacing millions.
Iknow cars are not the only issue to adress in what regards GHG emissions, but it IS part of that issue.
And -what- keep on rocking your F-150untill yo can afford it. Oh and that might not be very far away, unless you think that oil is not a limited resource, in that case... just WOW.
