The earth's climate has always been changing, fullstop. I would highly doubt that the end of the ice age was due to global warming caused by farting mammoths and the receding ice caps have been doing their receding way before the dawn of the industrial age.
I therefore highly doubt that by driving cars with humongous motors which run on hippie juice you will be able to kill the global warming, very unlikely if possible at all.
