Thats cool Captain and the ice may be thicker in parts but did you recognise the crucial point within my quote which is that Antarctica is losing its ice mass, in net terms, and at an increasing rate

As for beachfront property not being swamped, would you be game to purchase a house & land package in Tuvalu? If so then lets talk...

ps: do you prefer the houses that have already gone under water on the island or the ones that are soon to submerge?
