Really this whole argument is pretty sad, comparing a $30,000 muscle car to a $90,000 sports car, this is not by any means impressive.

It actually weighs less than 3700lbs, kiddo. If you compare the power to weight ratios its not too hard to deduce that the honda product puts power down better.
NSX .09 hp/lb
Cobra .11 hp/lb
Thats all I was stating, not which car is superior/better value.

While < 300 hp doesn't exotic by todays standards if you consider that in 1990 (first year of the NSX) the Ferrari 348 made 300hp, 911 carrara 246hp, Corvette 250hp; it is easier to see why it is considered an exotic. If Honda had increased hp proportionately to its rivals over the subsequent 12 years would they have sold more cars? Probably so, but they didn't. The NSX is still very fast and very desirable.
