You don't get a reputation like Mosley's by tip-toeing through tulip fields. you get it by busting heads and kicking doors.
But seriously, if this is the only way people can think of bringing him down, it cheapens the image of the sport (who can honestly say, of those in power, that they haven't been caught in a sexually compromising position? Mosley's biggest mistake was letting it be captured on Camera) and just cements it's reputation as not about the racing, more about the Paddock.
