[Badams]

gday all,
ok, ive just brought a rolling shell(with all parts) to rebuild and was in the process of cleaning the muffler to see if i wanted to keep it and it turns out to be fully stainless steel so i will be keeping it, but its covered in tar, in a place where i cant easily get at it with a scowerer, is there a easy way to remove tar or is it just going to be elbow grease?
