Piquet, Trulli, Coulthard, Nakajima and Glock all drop out. Trulli managed to spin it twice in the session, and was out-qualified by his teammate Glock in a rare occurrence. Mark Webber made it through with an excellent fifth place, but then managed to drop it on his final lap and damaged his front suspension on the wall so will miss out on the final session and start 10th tomorrow. A frustrating mistake for the Aussie.
