the 240sx came to north america was the 180sx and an onevia style s13, later models were based on the s14

north american cars used different engines but i think the 200sx and silvia used same engines early cars used ca18's, mainly 180sx's and early model S13's. also i've seen all of them carry the name 'silvia' except the 180.
