I don't know if these specs. are completely correct, but based on these specs what is your impression of this car.

I've driven every manufactures police vehicle, from 1980 to present and the Crown Vic is the best for over all performance. It may not be the fastest but it is the best as far as comfort, visiability, handling. When you have to drive a vehicle for 7 to 8 hours a day, the Crown Vic was always the one most officers liked. The Chevy Caprice with the police package, was a faster vehicle, but you you sat so low, you couldn't see the front fenders when trying to clear another vehicle. The ride was so uncomfortable most officers bought a good support cushion to set on. Plymouths were like riding in a boat. The handling was terrible and they weren't very fast.

welcome to UCP, looks like a pretty convincing review....

Why? Are the police after you?

Anyway, I agree with Jimbo. The Crown Vics are, overall, the best choice.
Comfort, durability, roominess, etc.

Wrong Specs

Ziostilon not to tell you your an idiot but some of the specs are incorrect. The fuel economy is 18 mpg city and 23 highway. The 0-60 time is in the low to mid 6s or in the 5 second range, depending on the rear end gears. I do think those specs are right for civilian models but then the horse power #s would be lower bout 215hp. I gave specs for the Police Interceptor Package (since everyone is talking about police cars.)
