I will be ecstatic if this actually comes to the market but I won't believe it till I see it. I like the idea of diesel-electric propulsion that Henk proposed (even more efficient and reliable).

I can't see why not - if it uses a similar electronic control system to the Hy-Wire concepts from a wire back.

Why you would want one is another matter entirely.
