Cadillac CTS-V Spyshots
Got these of Autoblog. I think the CTS-V looks markedly better than the standard CTS; I much preferred the previous generation CTS anyways and I think the V is more reminiscent of the previous model.
Anyways, it's supposed to be getting a supercharged 6.2L 525 hp engine, but previously it was thought the LS7 would make an appearance. It's not made clear if the 6.2L engine is an supercharged version of the LS3 from the 2008 Corvette, but I think it is safe to assume that it is. |

It's quite discreet which is good. And it'll be available with a proper manual, a rare thing these days in those kind of cars.
Oh and yes the LSA is apparently a supercharged LS3 V8. It will have several versions, including one for the ZR-1.

That vehicle looks remarkably awesome.
And since Cadillac are being imported to Australia, we just might see one. woot.

looks like they also went away from the 6 bolt wheels. probably good becuase it limits the aftermarket availability of wheels.

I like how this looks very much. If the power output is really going to be that high (and if it has the handling to match) then it should make for a nice ride. I really like the look of the new CTS and this improves on that nicely.

I'll stick with the M5 thank you. Or if that's not available I'll take an RS6. Or if that's not available I'll take an E63. Or if that's not available I'll take an S6. Should I go on?

its fine if you'd rather have an M5, RS6, E63, etc. but be ready to pay 30k more for it

I think you have made it pretty clear that you either don't like the looks of the car or are in some other way inclined to dismiss it out of hand. You are not interested in seeing if it does compete successfully against the competition.

It needs to compete more successfully than previous V-series iterations ..
