big engine and nothing else
people when are the yanks going to realise now that power and speed are produced using technology and clever ideas(there is where americans fall the most short).
American cars are all engine size and nothing else I mean really do u need a 7 litre car to achieve a 0-60 time of +-4secs .... NO! and the only reaon why people are nostalgic about american cars is due to that fact that they where the first "cheap" big engine cars wipee skip. you have subaru's and skyline's nocking the shit out of american boats on a stock level and little honda's doing it with a couple of modes. and still pulling of the whole handling thing off (for the americans thats when you have to turn the steering wheel left and right for CORNERS!) I wount even think of comparing european cars becuase there is just no comtest. AMERICANS ANSWER TO EVERYTHING THING IS GO BIGGER. most countries dont have the defense force budget to go sieze oil from poor 3rd world countries to fill up their 7litre cars

He is a wanker in the style of R34394kw or whatever he's called. He abused everyone who didnt agree with what he was saying. I did enjoy playing with him though and didnt really think they should have banned him. Keeps things interesting.

i dont know a lot of cars that are cosiderd high tech and exotic are getting bigger both the ferrari and lombo are gaining in capacity. And I think that a le mans winning dodge viper and c5 vette is a pretty good testament that its a formula that works to nissans nothing at le mans.

well the whole point of the original thread that guyt_x started was that the american manufacturers ONLY solution to a more powerful car was a bigger engine. if so, then why didnt dodge stick something bigger than a 2.4L in the SRT-4? why doesnt the mustang come with the 5.4L instead of th 4.6L? why didnt the new gt have the MOD 7.0L V10 instead of a hi-po 5.4L? ferraris and lambos are increasing in capacity, but theyre also increasing in their road holding abilities to keep all that power under control. id say theres alot of american members on this forum and his statement mustve gotten to them quite a bit
