That car in the first pic looks just like one my sister has. My grandfather actually bought it new in 1990: an EX coupe that was pretty much fully loaded, beige with a burgundy cloth interior. Unfortunately, he died only a few months later, and we ended up with it. We weren't sure what to do with it, as at the time we had two more-or-less good cars. But then Dad wrapped his '82 Civic around a parking garage support column  . That solved that dilemma fairly efficiently.
The car is still in the family, I even learned to drive in it. I suppose in comparison to most cars, it's not that fast, but it was definitely faster than our minivan, and tons more fun to drive. Whenever I was driving it, I tended to treat it like a sports car. It even gave me my first (and so far only) experience in stoplight drag-racing (I lost). These days it's in custody of my sister, and I'm kinda disappointed that she doesn't take better care of it.
I love that car.

LOL
why?
LOL
why?
Are you asking me? If so, the reason I prefer Civic cause it's small and fun to drive. I had two Civics. :)
