Broadcasting from Kentucky is probably a little easier than broadcasting from france.

And why not? Racing is racing, and there is some excellent racing happening right now.

Video is up FYI.

They aren't even showing any racing, just garage videos, nascar was better.

On TV, nascar is better. In the two hours of le mans coverage that I watched, they showed no racing at all, just one car at a time going around the track. And now, they are showing some crap about the audi R10, again, no racing.:( While in nascar, there is constant racing, lead changes, real racing.

Whoever is running the coverage in France needs to upgrade their equipment. There's no excuse for them to have sketchy in-car feeds just because they're at the far end of the circuit.

And yes, LeMans racing is boring after about the 4-6 hour mark. I've been watching all morning and all I've seen was a 7 minute interview with Max Papis, a minute of on-board with an Audi and then a Corvette, and some team that fell out early packing up.

The in car footage of the corvette was hilarious, he made almost a complete lap before coming up on another car.

I'm going to my first ALMS race in about two weeks at limerock, hopefully there will be some good racing since it's only a 1.5 mile track.

Last years coverage was different, in which they showed alot of cockpit camera's, like ten straight minutes of onboard views cars- up shifting and down shifting and passing through the course and such was much more entertaining. Then watching them change tyres and interview in the pit, tho still entertaining.

I have had it with Speed. They canceled WRC coverage, they can't have a break from ****ing nascar for one weekend for Le Mans, every commercial break you have to see a nascar commercial, and coverage if endurance races is getting worse

If I could get MotorsTV or Eurosport, I would have a long time ago...

For the past few years I've watched it on Eurosport, so I was quite disappointed as they weren't airing any of it this year. At least not here.

Watching a 24 hour race may not be as entertaining as a 1-2 hour race but as stated earlier, the long in-car cam views, the interviews, and the whole annual endurance race thing has a certain glamour that is enjoyable to watch. At least once in a while if not everything that is aired.
