What Is Your Bicep Measurement?

I read years ago that the average size (circumference, not diameter) of a man's bicep is 12 and 3/4".

I measured mine about 5 years ago and it was 12 and 1/4". Since it's been a while, I measured it again a few days ago and was surprised that it is now 12 and 1/2". (See photo.)

Does anyone else know their bicep size? Maybe someone here will beat the world record which is somewhere around 22 or 23". Put the number in millimeters, if you want.

Maybe a poll would be a good idea, so that will be included.

I was 15" last time i measured and then got a little bigger and then quit liftin as much as i did so i think i'm back to 15". In my "prime" i could rep 180 lbs and max 210 lbs on bench with no protein or supplement help like that. I'd like to get back to where i was though, i'm disappointed with myself
