NO that had been done and deleted.
That thread is for an on-going competition that everyone is invited to GUESS in but please no posting ot other things - or it jsut gets confusing.
THIS thread is as readable as any other and hoepfully you'll get an answer.
Worth doign a google search on "hood ornament" and see if someone else has done an equivlent of the M&A Guess the badges on any forum :)

I've tried that but I'm all googled out! That is how I've found this site!!
Re: the thread count... I guess its because it got carried over from its original posting in Mantra's guess the badge comp.
Anyway, this sure is a puzzle?? hence the request..

see reply number 6 to this thread. If Matra had known he would have told it there and then. In your case my hope would be Evil Paladin, who is leading the badge contests miles ahead of anybody else.

Yep, when a thread is split both parts get the same number of views - 'bug' been reported :)
There was a guess the hood ornament comp out on newsgroup a while back but I can't find it.
A quick google image search turned up a good US car site and a few look similar to what you have. Do you know it is original and not after-market ??
