If anything the only influence i see is the proportions and rear window design of a Pontiac Bonneville/Grand Prix (The one with the pinch rear window).

Other than that, it seems pretty original.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about: the general proportions, about how it carries itself. The two look extremely similar to me in a general sense. They look distinctive enough that you know they're different cars, but they look like they were designed by the same designer at the same time, with the same sensibilities crafted in.

Lexus is the Japanese Answer to these companies, it would make NO money if it flat out copied them. This is a design unto it's own, deal with it.

it is hard to deal with, Japanese suck when it comes to designing ,,so they have to copy the all the time I see it on every car and its getting annoying,

Perhaps they buy Audis as company cars?

Perhaps they buy Audis to pour over the interior and see how they can get the parts to work so well!

Perhaps you feel threatened in your job by having another competitor, with a good car, from another company!

Deal with it, the new face of Audi is completely at odds with the Shoulder-Hood thing the New Lexus' have.
