well after the ship up or ship out speech he got from his dad and his new exercise schedule, again implemented by his dad, i think hes got the motivation to be back on the podium. he just needs to be able to trust his car, his team and his team mate, all things ambrose has going for him and it got him the win

it was all in the off season between 02-03 where DJ set out his plan to revive DJR back to the top, which included giving radisich the boot, hiring max wilson and DJ stepping back a bit with team control. wait for the training schedule he put junior on: 6 days a week, twice a day, if he missed a session he got fined $100
