There was reports during the trip of motorsportnerd driving at a speed that may be getting close to the speed limit. These are greatly exaggerated, and those reporting them have been asked what drugs they where on at the time....

Probably my favourite car at Phillip Island. We talked to the owner for a while, who admitted that he might be a little insane to race possibly the most valuable of all Jaguar XJSs.
When I saw this car back at the Muscle Car Masters show at Eastern Creek in Sydney last September it was unconfirmed that it was the 1985 Bathurst winning car. It was known to be the 1984 Spa 24 hour winning car. Since then, it has been confirmed that this is the exact car that won the 1985 Bathurst 1000 for John Goss/Armin Hahne. Thus, this is the only car to have ever won at both Bathurst and Spa - a record unlikely to ever to broken.
