Good to see the engine as close to the fire wall as possible, is the chassis seam welded is a cage being installed ??. Is it a streeter or a drag car ?..It will need something as Torries werent the most rigid to start with.

How much did the lump cost if you dont mind me asking?

It is not the final position. There are a couple of issues to work out but we decided it was beer o’clock by that stage.

No cage. It has chassis rails that run from the rear to the front that are specially engineered and street approved. Tubbed rear guards too.

It will be dragged when the opportunity arises but it is a street car and will be able to be registered. Its my brother in laws (over 20 years in the trade and now a trade school lecturer). He went the extra trouble (and expense) to assure it could be legally sold if he wanted to.

Was the car on its roof or in 2 peices? we got an ls1 suprisingly cheap that way one time if its neither of them then i wont ask again.

Only things melbourne has that we dont is the weathers a little better and suprisgly enough a decent NRL team
