agreed and now in the rules.
Otherwise, every town in America can boast an oval track and it makes it too easy.

I should maybe have added that it had to have held an INTERNATIONAL meeting before it qualifies.

oh, and DasModel/lfb666, I think using the same track twice is cheating
What is the name it is commonly known by and that's the one to stick with.
